This decadent Aioli (garlic) paste with buttery leeks, a pungent garlic flavor, perfectly balanced acidity and a blend of herbs pairs perfect with a good french baguette, cheese and wine. It can be used as a spread, sauce starter, dip, and in vinaigrettes.   It is a great base for cooking soups and stews. Whisk in with white wine to create a decadent sauce for chicken, fish or pork.

Spread it on toast,  mix with melted butter and lemon for a great dipping sauce for shrimp, scallops or artichokes.  Create your unique dishes with this versatile mojo sauce!

Ingredients:  Leeks, Garlic, Olive Oil, White Wine vinegar,  Dijon Mustard, Pea Powder, Spices(marjoram), sea salt.
