This Yellow Mojo has a mild to medium kick made with the exotic yellow aji peppers from Peru. It is fruity first and then the heat of the chilis are released. Pairs best with seafood as well as chicken. Goes great with mexican food, tamales, tacos and great to add to curries. Use as a dip, finishing sauce, on stews and to give a punch of flavor and heat to whatever you are cooking.
Ingredients: Yellow Peppers, Peruvian Aji Peppers, Garlic, Capers, Olive Oil, Sherry Vinegar, Sea Salt, Raw cane sugar (about teaspoon per jar).
